Terms of Use
Effective date: August 14, 2026
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of innovativeheatingac.com, operated by Innovative Heating and AC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms govern the website. The work we perform at your property is governed by the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement you sign, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Who we are
Innovative Heating and AC is a heating and air conditioning contractor located at 2895 S Chestnut Ave, Fresno, CA 93725, serving Fresno, Clovis, and the surrounding Central Valley. We hold California contractor license #1007938.
Information on this site is general, not a diagnosis
Our website includes articles about HVAC symptoms, repair costs, equipment lifespan, and maintenance. This information is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis of your system and not a quote for work.
Every home and system is different. Cost ranges we publish are typical industry ranges gathered from public sources, not our prices. An accurate diagnosis and an accurate price require a technician to inspect your equipment in person.
Do not attempt hazardous work
Some content on this site describes basic homeowner checks, such as changing a filter or resetting a breaker. Do not attempt any work involving refrigerant, sealed electrical components, capacitors, gas lines, or combustion equipment. Capacitors store a dangerous charge even when power is off, and improper work on gas or combustion equipment can cause fire, explosion, or carbon monoxide exposure.
If you smell gas, leave the building immediately and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. You use any information on this site at your own risk.
Estimates, quotes, and pricing
- Prices, promotions, and financing terms shown on this site may change without notice.
- Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A binding price exists only in a written estimate or proposal we provide to you.
- Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Equipment and material costs can change, and estimates may be revised if conditions at the property differ from what was described or visible at the time of the estimate.
- Additional work discovered during a job requires your approval before we perform it.
Scheduling and service calls
Requesting service through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on a time. During heat waves and cold snaps we may be running a backlog and appointment times may shift. We will tell you if that happens.
Diagnostic and service fees, and whether a diagnostic fee is credited toward repair, are disclosed before we begin work.
Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided by the equipment manufacturer, and their terms, duration, and registration requirements are set by the manufacturer. Any workmanship warranty we provide is stated in your written estimate, proposal, or invoice.
Except as expressly stated in your written agreement with us, we make no warranties of any kind regarding this website, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Innovative Heating and AC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website, including damages for lost profits, lost data, or property damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising out of your use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to our performance of contracted HVAC work, which is governed by your written service agreement and by California law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Third-party links

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Contractor licensing and complaints
We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). You can verify our license at cslb.ca.gov. California law requires that contractors provide the following notice:
Contractors are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractors State License Board, which has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors if a complaint regarding a patent act or omission is filed within four years of the date of the alleged violation. A complaint regarding a latent act or omission pertaining to structural defects must be filed within 10 years of the date of the alleged violation. Any questions concerning a contractor may be referred to the Registrar, Contractors State License Board, P.O. Box 26000, Sacramento, CA 95826.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
